This was our first time in Phayao (Jan 2023) we didnt know what to expect and it was super quiet. Maybe tourism hadn't come back yet post-covid. M2 was at a beautiful location on the lake, but the lake is Huge and the hotel is far away from the monument or the main food market. No Grab cars were available.

Big, clean, comfortable room with a nice view over the lake. Bathroom is excellent. Comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff throughout

Breakfast is good and serve with Starbuck coffee. The view is good at the top level.

enjoyed staying and this is our second time. Great Breakfast, room size and great amenity with a good view with bath tub.

The staffs are friendly and professional. The view is amazing. Breakfast line are various and they serve Starbucks. Worth it!

very modern and clean, amazing views and excellent restaurant for dinner. Staff were very friendly and always accomodating.

The location of the hotel and especially the rooftop restaurant. Spectacular view over the lake.
